Umair is an excellent troubleshooter, finding root causes for customer issues and implementing solutions.
Umair is also part of our end to end test team and is involved in quality and assurance testing our solutions before deploying to production.
He has a Bachelor in Software Engineering and a Masters of Information Systems.
In his spare time, Umair spends his time with his family on outdoor activities and follows soccer and e-sports gaming.
