She has a well-rounded skillset that includes technical engineering, project orchestration, supporting client cyber uplift programs across enterprise environments, and leading cross-functional teams.
She has delivered strategic and technical outcomes across multiple industries, including finance, mining, and hospitality, working closely with stakeholders to shape identity strategies, uplift organisational maturity, and implement secure, scalable solutions.
Tanisha is an empathetic communicator who is passionate about problem-solving, continuous improvement, and creating collaborative and inclusive workplaces.
Outside of work she is involved in Reconciliation initiatives, building connections with First Nations communities on Kaurna Country.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, gaming, reading, exploring Adelaide’s food, music and comedy scene, and going for weekly quizzes with friends.
