The Challenge

Identifly partnered with Heathgate to assess user access to critical systems, information, and resources, with a dedicated focus on enhancing Privileged Access Management (PAM).

We successfully deployed the Delinea Cloud Platform within the Heathgate environment, enabling secure, governed, and efficient administration of privileged remote access to critical applications and infrastructure — all within just five weeks.

Our Approach

Our team facilitated design workshops to cover each component of the Delinea deployment, with PAM requirements gathered in early stages of remediation utilised to develop a technical design.

The technical design included:

-       Solution architecture

-       Privileged access roles

-       Credential discovery and vaulting

-       Credential lifecycle management

-       Integrations.

Solutions & Key Activities

Deployment of the Delinea Cloud Platform across both IT and OT environments, enabled streamlining of privileged remote access. Following this, further discovery and onboarding of credentials took place.

Our team worked with Heathgate to transition users to Delinea by executing onboarding and supported change management activities through training and development of user guides and content.

Deliverables included:

-       Onboarding privileged users as per design and defined workflows (50+privileged users)

-       Enabling approvals for OT/IT Vendors

-       Onboarding existing users

-       Monitoring and support of the migration process.

We provided Heathgate with the required support to continue managing the Delinea platform, including reviewing with stakeholders as part of handover and providing a training session and handover support with the Heathgate IT team.

Heathgate have commenced their journey of PAM maturity, and the foundations of an enterprise-grade PAM solution have now been implemented.
